Our Approach to Care
Every program at Miroven follows the same philosophy — understand the individual first, then shape the care around them. The process looks like this.
Initial Conversation
A relaxed call or visit to understand your situation, your loved one's needs, and any questions you have. No forms, no pressure.
Care Plan Development
Our team drafts a tailored care plan and walks you through every element before admission. You know exactly what to expect.
Settling In
The first two weeks are about familiarisation. Staff introduce themselves gently, routines are established slowly, and we check in regularly with the family.
Ongoing Review
Care plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as needs evolve. The program can change; the home doesn't have to.
Island Rest Program
A respite and recovery stay for seniors needing a peaceful change of scenery. Residents enjoy a tranquil private room, island-inspired meals with fresh seafood and tropical produce, gentle outdoor activities in shaded garden areas, and light care support for daily routines and medication. Social interactions are relaxed and unpressured — shared tea times, garden walks, and evening story sessions.
This arrangement is well-suited for post-hospital recovery, family travel periods, or simply offering a restful break from the demands of home-based routines.

Garden Residence
A permanent residential option set within lush tropical surroundings. Residents receive a comfortable private room, three daily meals with seasonal variety, housekeeping and laundry, regular wellness monitoring, and daily assistance with personal care as needed.
The enrichment program includes tropical garden walks, gentle aqua exercises, Thai cooking workshops, painting in the garden pavilion, and cultural evenings featuring local music. A care coordinator manages each resident's routine and communicates regularly with family members.

Coastal Nursing Care
A complete care program combining skilled nursing with the restorative qualities of island living. All Garden Residence features are included alongside 24-hour nursing supervision, personalised therapeutic plans, cognitive engagement programs, and dietitian-crafted meal plans.
Rooms feature medical-grade beds, personal call systems, and optimised ventilation for tropical climate comfort. A named care team provides continuity — knowing each resident's history, preferences, and communication style. Multi-disciplinary care reviews are held regularly, and coordination with Phuket-based specialists is handled entirely by our team.

External Medical Liaison
Coordination with Phuket-based hospitals and specialists is managed by our team. Families are kept informed and are not left to navigate unfamiliar health systems alone.
