We begin with a relaxed conversation — either by phone or in person — to understand your family's situation and what your loved one would most benefit from. From there, our care coordinator prepares a tailored plan and walks you through every step before any commitment is made.

Family visits are warmly welcomed and can happen any day. We have no rigid visiting schedules. For those travelling from overseas, our team can also schedule regular video calls and provide written updates on how your loved one is settling in.

The Island Rest Program is designed around recovery and rest, not medical intervention. Residents have their own room, access to the garden, personal care support, and light social activities. It is a supportive environment for those who are recovering but do not need acute medical attention.

Care plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed. A resident in the Garden Residence can transition to Coastal Nursing Care when the time is right, without having to change their home environment or the team of people around them. Continuity is something we take seriously.

Our monthly rates cover accommodation, meals, personal care support, enrichment activities, housekeeping, and regular wellness monitoring. Additional charges may apply for specialist medical consultations or specific therapeutic services outside the standard program. We are transparent about what is and isn't included from the outset.

Every resident has a private room and the right to set their own pace for socialising. Personal care is always provided with respect and discretion. We believe that dignity isn't a policy — it's an attitude that runs through every interaction.
